Refund Policy

Our 30-day return policy allows you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. In cases of packages lost in transit, please submit claims no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

At Golfing Enthusiasts, we are committed to providing you with quality products and exceptional value. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, we are happy to accept returns and issue a full refund for your purchase.

Return Eligibility:

  1. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. We cannot accept returns for used products or items damaged by the customer.

Return Process:

  1. To initiate a return, please request a Return Authorization Number (RA#) by emailing support@golfingenthusiasts.com. In your email, provide a detailed reason for the return and attach pictures or a video of the product to support your request. Once approved, you will receive the RA# and the address of the nearest warehouse where you can send the product for return.

Trackable Shipping:

  1. For a smooth refund process, please use a trackable mail service. We cannot be held responsible for lost or missing packages.

Refund Process:

  1. Upon receiving your returned package, we will carefully inspect the products. If the items meet our return criteria, we will issue a full refund to your original method of payment. A refund receipt will be emailed to the address used for your original purchase.

Late or Missing Refunds:

Please note that we process refunds promptly upon approval of your request. If you haven’t received your refund yet, consider the following steps:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company.
  • Contact your bank.
  • Allow for some processing time, as it can take up to 30 days for certain credit card companies to reflect the refund.

If you have taken these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us.

Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items. We also cannot accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have concerns about a specific item, please contact us for clarification.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges:

Currently, we do not offer exchanges. The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the desired item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-off Period:

For shipments into the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days, without providing a reason. The item must be in the same condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may require additional processing time.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us.

Refunds for Wrong or Damaged Items:

Refunds are provided to customers who receive incorrect or damaged items. In such cases, please contact us with photos of the wrong/damaged items, and we will promptly resolve the issue.

Exchanges for Size/Color:

Currently, we do not offer size or color exchanges. However, if you believe you received a mislabeled item, please contact us within a week of receiving your order with your order number and photos of the mislabeled item.

Shipping and Return Instructions:

All returned items must be unworn and unwashed. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. Please note that shipping costs and tax are non-refundable.
