I’ve entered the wrong shipping address, can I change it?

If this happens to you, email us as soon as possible, and we MIGHT be able to take care of it. However, we can’t promise anything as all our items are usually processed immediately after you order and ship out the same day or a few days after. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won’t be able to stop it.

Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped. If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been processed and/or shipped, you will be assessed a 15% cancellation fee to cover restocking fees and the charges assessed to us for refunds by the credit card companies.

Invalid Reasons:

  1. Buyer no longer wants the items – this is the most common example which we cannot honor if we want to continue offering great value at Golfing Enthusiasts. The buyer should make sure he or she wants to buy the items before submitting an order, not after. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.
  2. Buyer found items cheaper somewhere else – Buyer should be confident that he or she is ready to pay the asking prices before submitting an order. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.

Wrong/Damaged Products:

If you receive a wrong or damaged product, please email us at within one week of receiving your order. Include photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any relevant details. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.

Please retain all packaging materials and damaged items for any potential claims.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

Please note that Golfing Enthusiasts is not responsible for any customs or taxes applied to your order during or after shipping. All such fees, including tariffs and taxes, are the responsibility of the customer.

To initiate a return, please request a Return Authorization Number by emailing with a detailed reason for the return and pictures or a video of the product that supports your request. Upon approval, you will receive the RA# and the address of the nearest warehouse for return shipment.

To ensure your refund, please use trackable mail service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or missing packages. Upon receipt of your return package, we will examine the products and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. You will receive a refund receipt via email.
